Synametrics Technologies is a New Jersey-based software products company that has been developing innovative products for the IT community since 1997. Our mission was to market the four chief products of Synametrics.

WinSQL – A universal database tool
Syncrify – A private cloud backup synchronization tool
Synaman – A remote file manager.
Xeams – An extend email and messaging server

Synametrics has been around in the market for almost 20 years and is quite popular in the IT community for the solutions they offered. However, the challenge for us was to drive the next level of growth for the company at a global scale by leveraging digital media and also build end to end visibility and trackability for the entire customer journey. The plan was to build on this long-established credibility of the brand and by optimizing digital media platforms most relevant to the product. Google Ads, Linkedin and Facebook were our choices of platforms. We identified that businesses organizations needed the services of Synametrics more than anyone else and hence, Linkedin was the most appropriate choice for reaching out to them. However, a general awareness of the products was imperative to increased ROI, and hence, Facebook was optimized as well. Google ads on the other hand were deployed for the inbound marketing purpose to capture the internet audience who were searching solutions for the problems Synametrics products could solve.

With a thorough understanding of each product, regular and consistent updates were pushed out on social media. With crisply designed infographics and videos, we made sure that highly technical aspects of the products are communicated to the non-IT audience in layman terms. A considerable amount of research was put into the SEM that helped us push relevant ads towards our meticulously targeted audience on Google. Through Linkedin our mission was to establish thought leadership in our industry by driving meaningful conversations with our target audience. By not appearing pushy, we were able to convert queries to purchases.

We kept a keen eye on the current affairs pertaining to the product and made sure every relatable event is associated with the marketing of the different products. On the SEM front we achieved unprecedented growth in terms of user traffic and conversions. All of this came at the lowest possible and ever reducing cost of conversion and customer acquisition. Through effective mapping of customer journey and interactions on various digital properties we were able to optimize user behaviour and drive more conversions. As of today we continue to analyze the data to find customer insights and optimization opportunities.
